This locomotive
was operated by Seattle City Light near the Skagit River until 1954,
at which point it was donated to be displayed in a park. It
was then operated by the Skagit River Railway for a number of years
before the excursion railway went under and the locomotive was moved
back to Newhalem. The tracks that brought this engine to its
location have long been pulled, and a rail trail now stands in the
right of way.
