2340 is former Frisco #669, built in 1972.  Picture was taken in a location that was only seen by chance while driving through Seattle's SODO neighborhood.  Photo looks north towards the downtown skyline, with Safeco Field's retractable roof visible just past the rear of the locomotive.  Presumably the engine is owned by "Rick," because that's what's written above the Engineer's viewpoint :)
